Ornamental Trees

We aim to stock a diverse selection of trees tailored specifically for small gardens within our nursery. Should we ever run out of stock or if your needs extend beyond our usual range, our extensive network of suppliers enables us to source the perfect tree for you.

From petite options ideal for smaller spaces to mature trees for landscaping projects, we’re dedicated to providing trees to suit to all your garden needs. 

An Array of Choice & Varieties

Fruit Trees

We stock a diverse range of top fruit trees, including apples, pears, cherries, plums, damsons and gages. If by chance we don’t have the specific variety you’re seeking, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Additionally, if you would like less common varieties such as mulberries, medlars, sloes, or walnuts, we can try to source these for you upon request depending on the season.

We stock a comprehensive range of the following types of shrubs:

Dwarf Conifers

Technically, these are modern, slow growing varieties of existing conifers. Their ability to deliver year ’round structure in the garden and be virtually maintenance free makes them a ‘must have’ for any gardener.

They are available in many shades of green and glaucus blue and can be upright, mound forming or prostrate in habit.

Climbing Shrubs

These types of plants will adhere to walls and structures using their own individual methods of attachment. Some have tendrils, others suckers and some use aerial roots to climb up your structure of choice.

Some examples of these would be Clematis, Honeysuckle, Ivy and climbing Hydrangeas.

Wall Shrubs

These types of plants will usually need some form of trellis or other structure to support them and they may need tying in to keep them in situ.

Some examples of these would be Pyracantha (Firethorn), Jasmine, Solanum (Potato Vine) and Roses.

Hebes

We stock a wide range of these Evergreen Veronicas, native to New Zealand and South America.

Hebes come in many sizes and colours of foliage. The smaller varieties are ideal for planting in tubs and containers and rockeries, while the bigger varieties are suitable for the largest of gardens.

Hydrangeas

These plants are generally divided into four groups; Macrophylla (the mop head and lace cap types, Arborescens(smooth Hydrangeas such as Annabelle, Quercifolia (oak leaved hydrangeas), Paniculata (panicle flowered hydrangeas.

We aim to stock a couple of varieties of each of these forms throughout the year and can source others if you require.

Topiary Shrubs

These plants deliver a degree of formality to any garden large or small. Ideal for framing a doorway or adding gravitas to a border.

We stock a comprehensive range of clipped topiary shrubs in the nursery utilising a range of species such as, Holly, Viburnum, Olives, Box and Yew.
